If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the state and federal courts located in Texas, as provided in Section 10.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goldstone Web concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
